La Manga Club has over 1,500 acres of lush hillside on the south point of the Costa Calida coastline. Built over 30 years ago, La Manga Club has earned its reputation of being one of the premier sports resorts in Europe. Some of the first properties in La Manga Club were built high on the hillside taking advantage of the wonderful views across the Mar Menor and onto the Mediterranean Sea.
All properties on the resort are grouped into communities or villages, giving a very pleasant feel of uniqueness. Each community is managed by a group of owners who organise maintenance and repairs to be carried out during the year at convenient times when the resort is at its quietist. All properties are elegantly decorated to the owners own tastes and Prestige spend a great deal of time advising owners on what their clients expect from a holiday rental. We check and monitor the properties and communities throughout the year, feeding back necessary changes as and when required.
